The Night

The Night is our dark espresso blend. Combining an eclectic mix of beans, processes, and roast profiles, The Night captures classic Italian espresso notes without the char and smokiness of more harshly roasted dark coffees. While usable as a filter or immersion brew, The Night shines brightest at finer grind levels and pressurized extractions. We hope it leaves you with some pleasant recollections (if not inspirations).
